Every spirit gets built into two cocktails that stress-test it: a stirred spec and a shaken one. A gin that sings in a Martini might disappear in a Negroni. A bourbon that wins an Old Fashioned might overpower a Whisky Sour. We write what happens in each, and which cocktails from the site we’d actually rebuild with this bottle.
