- 500 ml Vodka or
- 500 ml White Rum or
- 500 ml Coconut Rum
- 500 ml Hot Water
- 1 Packet(s) Jelly / Jello
- 5-6 Orange(s) or
- 5-6 Lime or
- 5-6 Lemons
Instructions
Mix the Ingredients:
- In a mixing bowl, combine 500 ml of your favorite white spirit (vodka, white rum, or coconut rum) with 500 ml of hot water.
- Add the packet of jelly/jello and stir until completely dissolved.
- Set aside to cool slightly.
Prepare the Fruit:
- Cut the oranges (or limes/lemons) in half and scoop out the insides, being careful not to break the skins.
- Place the hollowed-out fruit halves in a muffin tin or on top of a glass to keep them stable.
Fill with Jello Mixture:
- Fill each fruit half with the jello mixture.
Chill to Set:
- Place the filled fruit halves in the refrigerator and let them chill until the jello is fully set, about 2 hours.
Serve:
- Once set, cut the fruit halves into thirds or quarters.
